We’re looking for adults with a persistent health concern that still does not have a satisfactory explanation or solution—and who want an active role in finding a way forward.
The alpha service is free. You may choose to pay labs, imaging centers, or other care providers directly for evidence you approve. Personal Observatory does not receive that money.
Know the financial model before you apply
Insurance is not the default path.
When an investigation needs new evidence, we may surface a cash-pay option that avoids waiting for a separate appointment or insurance approval. You decide whether to proceed with every test. We never spend on your behalf.

Your application and, if invited, your workspace are private rather than public. During this alpha, Personal Observatory is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant service. We’re testing whether the approach works before making that commitment.
Do not put medical records, portal credentials, or detailed identifying medical history in this application. You can ask us to delete your application or alpha data at any time by emailing jeffdeville@personalobservatory.com.
